Mac’n Bac’n: Our cheesy bacony Mac n Cheese in muffin form with a cruchy toasty topping of fairy dust!
Jack Back Sammie: bread, butter, cheese — BACON! Can a sandwich get any better than that? Served with a shot of tomato soup for dipping, of course. Customize yours by adding grilled jalapenos, caramelized onions, tomatoes, asparagus, green apple, filet mignon and more…
Bacon Ball Trio: Our three most amazing bacon-wrapped bites of brilliance – the Mac’n Bac’n, the PB&J, and the Bacón Mignon — enjoy with our selection of homemade sauces.

Wow. I visited your truck tonight outside of Irvine Lanes and the food here is great.
Had your Jack Back with filet mignon and jalapenos, and christ, this is one of THE BEST sandwiches ever created. The crispy cheese grilled onto the outside of the buttered bread, the filet mignon mixed with the cheese, onions, jalapenos, and bacon just meld together into this amazing ‘work of art’, as you described it. The tomato sauce on the side adds a nice refreshing flavor to the sandwich if you get overwhelmed by how AWESOME all the bacon and cheese are in your mouth.
I can’t wait to see pictures on your site. This sandwich is AMAZING- Thank you for this delicious meal.
